| Pope Benedict XVI is turning the substantial rudders of the Vatican in a new direction regarding the historical purpose/meaning of the Crusades. I hope this trend continues, and Pope Benedict XVI continues to stand up for the Church. I loved Pope John Paul II, but he was pretty big on apologies that for the most part were unecessary.
